Brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Complex, fresh, elegant and highly intense aroma. A distinctly fruity tone that includes the palette of white fruits and citrus fruits. There is also evidence of fennel and garrigue on a balsamic anise soil. Fresh fruity notes appear again on the palate. Smooth and elegant, with a touch of bitterness at the end, typical of Verdejo, backed by good acidity. Very good structure promotes a long-lasting wine. Complex and intense aftertaste.
