About the wine
The history of Bodegas José Pariente dates back to the sixties, when the Winemaker José Pariente began, at his own winery in the Rueda area, To produce white wines from the local Verdejo grape. Tasting note
Brilliant straw-yellow color with greenish reflections in the glass. The aromatic expression is an exceptional combination of vegetal notes and exotic fruits (passion fruit), the scent is reminiscent of freshly cut grass and boxwood with a hint of minerality. On the palate, it shows the typical characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc: freshness and clean elegance. The wine is intense, well-structured and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crustaceans, seafood, sushi, vegetables, mild cheese and charcuterie.
Vinification
After grape selection and cold maceration, the wine ferments and matures on its own yeasts for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
