About the wine
Juan Gil is a wine from the D.O. Jumilla, produced according to ecological principles by the Bodegas Juan Gil winery. The name Juan Gil stands for 100 years of experience in viticulture and is known as THE Monastrell specialist from Spain.
Bio
Tasting note
Intense sour cherry bread. Tasty and expressive. A good start with volume. The dominant fruit is ripe sour cherries, plums and a little smoke. On the palate, this Monastrell is plump and extremely soft. Good acidity, ripe and pleasant tannins. Medium-long finish. A great everyday wine of perfect quality and at an unbeatable price!

Vinification
About 40 year old vines. Hand harvesting. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks. Aging in American and French barriques for four months. Free from animal products - vegan and certified organic.
