Tasting note
Bright ruby red color. Very fruity bouquet of black cherry and ripe blackberry, plum and slightly herbaceous. Fresh and spicy on the palate, fruity and fragrant, with a mineral note. Excellent balance of tannins and acidity and high softness.
Culinary recommendation
