About the wine
The 275-hectare Simonsig Estate is located north-west of Stellenbosch, the famous first-class wine-growing region of South Africa. The wine tradition of Simonsig dates back to 1953 with wine pioneer Frans Malan. Today, the three sons Johan, François and Pieter run the winery.

Tasting note
Bright salmon-pink-pink. Floral and fruity aroma (red berries). Fine perlage with a wonderful floral note and a fine yeast character on the palate. Balanced with a beautiful body.
Culinary recommendation
It is very suitable as an aperitif and with fine starters. A wine for the romantic moments in life.
