About the wine
In a word: A mosaic of sensations! The label shows the connection between Kairos and the Harlequin Project: The Harlequin costume consists of pieces of different colors, just as the wine is made from 15 different types of grapes (11 red and four white), all of which have their distinctive characteristics. Kairos means “opportune at the right time” in ancient Greek, just as 15 types of grapes were combined with this wine at the right time.

Tasting note
Bright, dense ruby red, glycerine-rich viscosity. On the nose, a mosaic of fruits, flowers and earthy minerality. On the palate, an interplay of spices, fruit marmalade and forest soil, followed by pipe tobacco, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove, combined with a certain minerality. The wine concludes with great length and an appealing note of sweetness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled beef, duck breast, game, leg of lamb from the oven (gigot), crispy rösti with cheese and bacon, ripe cow and goat cheese.
Vinification
The Kairos Veneto IGP was removed in stainless steel tanks.
