About the wine
In a word: A mosaic of sensations! The label shows the connection between Kairos and the Harlequin Project: The Harlequin costume consists of pieces of different colors, just as the wine is made from 15 different types of grapes (11 red and four white), all of which have their distinctive characteristics. Kairos means “opportune at the right time” in ancient Greek, just as 15 types of grapes were combined with this wine at the right time.

Tasting note
The bouquet is highly concentrated, extremely complex, pure chocolate, cinnamon, cigar box and a truckload of sweet berries; on the palate black cherries, herbs, graphite, again lots of cocoa, juicy body with lots of muscles, wide and intense right up to the exhilarating finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled beef, duck breast, venison fried and not braised. A leg of lamb on the oven — gigot, in other words. A crispy hash browns with cheese and bacon. Ripe cheeses made from cow or goat milk. Or simply without food!
Vinification
Before fermentation, the grapes are dried on straw mats for several weeks to concentrate. The wine is aged in French oak barriques for 24 months
