About the wine

Very tasty Georgian amber wine, produced using the 8000-year-old method using mash fermentation in a clay vessel (Qvevri) from selected grapes from the 5 Kakhetian grape varieties Rkatsiteli, Kisi, Khikhvi, Mtsvivani Kakhuri and Mtsvane.

Tasting note
Smells of tropical fruits and honeydew melons. The scent notes can also be felt in the taste, complemented by aromas of tea, fresh tobacco and dried figs. The body has a lot of enamel, the tannins are very fine and the aftertaste is long. An “orange wine” for beginners.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with spicy dishes, lamb dishes, Asian cuisine and aromatic cheeses.
