Tasting note
The pale salmon pink shows that the wine had only minimal contact with the grape skins. The aroma is delicate and fresh, with notes of wild berries. On the palate, the wine reveals the same freshness with a slight sweetness that goes wonderfully with the acidity.

Goes well with seafood, fish, tapas
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand so that only the best grapes go from the vineyard to the cellar. To minimize contact with the skins, all grapes are loaded into the press and pressed gently. The must is spontaneously fermented in steel tanks using ambient kilns. After fermentation, the wine is stored on fine yeast for 2 months. The yeast is stirred regularly, which gives the wine more structure, a fine mouthfeel and more longevity.
