About the wine

The winemaker from the French winery Domaine de Lorgeril has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the sunny Languedoc-Roussillon countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Merlot with slightly spicy red meat or poultry.
Tasting note
Dense, dark garnet red with brick-red reflections. Rich, complex: black fruits, truffles, coriander, with a hint of well-integrated pepper aromas. Full-bodied, harmonious, very elegant tannins, wonderfully balanced precious wood notes. Spicy, of a nice length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game dishes, strong and aromatic cheeses.
