If you're looking for something special, then you can't miss out on this strong Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 — L'Invidio Bolgheri Rosso DOC. With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Podere 7 masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming Tuscan countryside. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Cabernet Sauvignon is very good to serve with ribeye steak or pizza with mushrooms.

Tasting note
Sparkling ruby red. Delicate bouquet of cassis, blackberry, pepper, licorice and cinnamon, accompanied by a touch of herbs and coffee. It has juicy, unobtrusive tannins and fruity acidity with a medium structure. The sensory impression in the finale is long-lasting and multi-faceted.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters, grilled specialties, lamb, beef, pasta, cheese platter.
Vinification
70% of the young wine is aged in barriques for 12 months.
