Tasting note
Dense ruby red with distinctive purple reflections with a black core. Sweet-looking dark-berry aromas, compote-like, cassis, delicate peppery spice, development nuances with hints of mineral notes of graphite. Long, soft start, well-structured, full-bodied on the palate, beautiful tannins set the counterpoint to the palpable fruit sweetness, wonderful black fruit. Modern, lively and fruity wine, a surprising food accompaniment with great harmony.

Goes well with fried duck breast, game with chocolate sauce, beef and lamb, briefly fried.
