Give yourself joy for the senses with the first-class La Casetta Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC from 2015! The winemaker from the Italian winery Domini Veneti has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the hallmarks of this red wine, which originates in the beautiful and fertile landscape in Veneto.

Domini VenetiRed wine | 75cl65% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella, 5% Merlot, 5% Croatina
Tasting note
Dense ruby red with violet nuances, the bouquet is intense and fine, with fruity notes of cherries, dried fruits and spices, full-bodied, velvety on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, roasted or grilled. It also goes well with game and mature cheese.
Vinification
Storage in stainless steel tanks for several months, secondary fermentation on the mash of the Reciotos for 15 days, 18 months in wooden barrels, then 4 months in bottle storage.
