About the wine
The calcareous, gravelly soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Pinot Noir. The winemaker from the French winery Moillard-Grivot knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Tasting note
Color: Velvet garnet red, medium intensity with sparkling purple reflections. Aroma: Delicious, pure, berry bouquet of raspberries and black, pickled cherries, sweet, earthy mineral, warm aroma, leather. Body: Long, soft start, present palate, well-integrated acidity, long, aromatic aftertaste, dark berry. Quality: Elegant, very typical and harmonious wine that will go well.

Goes well with venison medallions in pasta sheets and oven-baked pork with gratin dauphinois.
