About the wine
This dominant Chasselas 2020 — La Grande Feuillée Blanc Neuchâtel AOC is a hit to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The winemaker from the Swiss winery Domaine Grisoni has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile landscape in Neuchâtel. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Chasselas can be served very well with cheese platters or fish.
Tasting note
Color: Brilliant golden yellow with iridescent gold reflections. Aromatics: Intense aromas of yellow stone fruit and citrus fruits, mineral notes and slightly woody nuances. Body: Soft start, dense palate aromas and present minerality, corpulent and subtle. Quality: Voluminous wine as an ideal accompaniment to fondue or raclette.
