About the wine
Do you already know the fresh Tempranillo La Mula de la Quietud DO from the 2011 vintage? If not, it's time! Enchanting and wonderful landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Quinta de la Quietud conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Tempranillo with polenta or pizza.
Quinta de la QuietudRed wine | 75cl15.516°-18°CThe fruity Tempranillo gives this wine its own and playful character. Black cherry and prune form their own present taste nuances.
Bio
Tasting note
The fruity aromas of black cherry, chocolate and cooked blackberry express a lot of character with a very individual structure. Afterwards, the fruity nuances of prune, clove and marmalade reveal their own character. That will be remembered: Its noble ruby red lends an extravagant touch to any occasion. A strong body and present acidity result in the fruity red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.
