About the wine
Robert Eden is a pioneer of biodynamic wines in the Languedoc region of France. This dark-berry La Touge makes us weak at the knees. A biodynamic wine, it relies on astrological configurations. Even the phases of the moon are taken into account for its creation!
Bio
Tasting note
A rich, inky purple. On the nose with a spicy garrigue note and blackberry aromas of cassis and blackberries. Full-bodied on the palate, with wonderfully integrated acidity, ripe tannins, lots of juiciness and meltiness. Complex and balanced, powerful and charming.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled lamb, ratatouille, cassoulet, grilled duck breast and wild boar ragout.
Vinification
The vinification takes place in fermentation tanks, with a gentle extraction process during a 4-week maceration phase. Expansion in concrete tanks and concrete eggs for 16 months. This wine is produced vegan and biodynamically.
