Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Notes of church, licorice, violets, ripe blackberries. Very well structured on the palate, harmonious and complex with aromas of ripe red fruits and spices.
Culinary recommendation

Vinification
In oak barrels for 12-14 months, then in the cellar for 6 months.
