About the wine
Monastery and winegrowing have been a single unit for the highly renowned South Tyrolean flagship wine company Muri-Gries for centuries. The stately, beautiful winery offers various types of grapes, with Lagrein being the real flagship. This grape variety has been home here in South Tyrol near Bolzano for 600 years. At Muri-Gries, this specialty shines with its blackberry-red class, which makes for a sensual wine experience.
