About the wine
There is something left over from Christmas dinner every year. Do you know that? Fertile and blooming landscapes of Tuscany give us these grapes, which the winemaker from the Italian winery Fattoria Kappa uses with refinement and experience conjures up this red wine. Tasting note
The nose of ripe cherries and rich plums, also of blackberries, finely marked and minimally smoky. Present and hearty on the palate, dark berry fruit opens with rich pressure, slightly salty, filigree drying, sticks for a long time.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Drink this red wine at a slightly chilled 18°C. Flaschenpost team recommends this Lambda Toscana Rosso IGT with pizza with mushrooms, Gruyère burger and ribeye steak.
Vinification
Maceraion from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on variety and vintage. The maturation takes place in used 500 liter tonneaux for 12 months and then finishing for 12 months in cement tanks. Bottling takes place without clarification and without filtration.
