About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Giovanni Rosso masters this red wine in the sunny and picturesque landscape of Piedmont. Easter 2019 is just around the corner! Tasting note

Culinary recommendation

Vinification
The grape harvest takes place in the first half of October, followed by fermentation for about 15 days and daily circulation. Vinification in cement tanks, maturation in French oak barrels of 50 hl.
