About the wine

The roots of Cantina il Cavaliere (The Knight) go back to 1895. Today, the company is run by Roberto and his wife Tiziana Belossi. A modern winery and the necessary expertise from the oenologist team create wines of exceptional quality. The vines cover almost twelve hectares. More than 95OOO bottles are filled every year.

Tasting note
Full-bodied, fresh, light and delicate, wine with a well-structured consistency and good bite. As a young wine, it smells of floral essence, especially flowers with white blossoms. As a aged wine, it smells of white fruits, such as peaches.

Great as an aperitif wine or with fish from our lakes and oceans, fried seafood and fresh cheese
