About the wine
The Lazarra Verdejo Sauvignon Blanc Almansa DO from the south of Spain is many things, but certainly not complicated. He thrives in company and is a newcomer to the Flaschenpost dance floor — but definitely not a beginner!
Tasting note
A light, well-balanced pale yellow wine that smells and tastes of citrus fruits, white flowers and a hint of mint. The palate is sparkling, fresh and soft, the fruit supports a full, supple body.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian dishes.
