Tasting note
Its scent is intense of honey, wax, ripe peaches and white flowers with a hint of mint. Its sweetness is very well balanced by a pleasant acidity. Despite its rich flavor and alcohol content, it is not heavy, but harmonious, very juicy and animating. With a fairly long finish, each sip is delightfully extended.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the organic white wine is slightly chilled 10°-12°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Le Bouchet goes well with puff pastry pastries, pretzel sticks and meatballs in tomato sauce.
