A blend of Merlot and a bit of Alicante. Seductive bouquet, black cherries, blackberries, plums, chocolate, licorice, lavender, thyme and a fine toast in the background. On the palate, juicy, compact, well-dosed, fruity extract, structured, with velvety tannins and aromas of dark cherries, plums, cassis, spices, vanilla and some cedar. It goes very well with sautéed porcini mushrooms with black truffles.
