Tasting note
Delicate bouquet with notes of pear, grapefruit, lemon peel and almonds. Strong and lively on the palate with hints of candied fruit and silky mineral structure.

Vinification
The grapes from the organic vineyards are harvested and destemmed by hand and then mature for 10 months in used French oak barrels.
