With Les Terrasses, Álvaro Palacios brings the priory of yesteryear into the glass, its history, customs and traditions. The wine comes from around 80 plots in various villages, which are planted with old Garnacha and Cariñena canes. Around 1% are white grapes, which are typically found in these vineyards. With the scent and aromas of dark fruits and berries, warm slate and Mediterranean herbs, it transports us to this secluded world.
