About the wine
Fertile and blooming landscapes Emilia-Romagnaa give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Ferro13 conjures up this sparkling wine with refinement and sensitivity. With the special Link Lambrusco Rosé Spumante DOC Brut Millesimato, you will positively surprise your guests.
Tasting note
I am a determined guy with a strong but balanced character. I have a fresh perlage, while my bouquet is reminiscent of fruity and floral notes. I am sociable, my personality and style fascinate and attract people.
Culinary recommendation
The aperitif is my domain, but I generally appreciate good cuisine.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at different times between September and October to obtain a wide range of flavors and sensations. In the production of sparkling wine, local, ready-to-drink yeast is used. The sparkling wine production process is slow and takes between 60 and 70 days. This gives me a chance to develop a finer perlage and freshness.
