About the wine
Rafael Palacios is a migrant from Rioja in Valdeorras — but no stranger. He regularly demonstrated his talent in his parents' house Palacios Remondo. In 2004, he started his own winery in the northwestern corner of Spain, in the middle of Galicia, in the remote Valle del Bibei. In view of the potential of the autochthonous Godello grape, Rafael was convinced from the outset that he could use it to produce world-class wines.

Tasting note
Enormous freshness in a complex bouquet: from passion fruit and quince to lime, fresh grass, mint and Flint notes can all be found. Velvety and creamy on the palate, with the juicy, fresh acidity and the typical mineral saltiness, wonderfully harmonious, precise and long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful with oysters, giant prawns, grilled crawfish, mussels au gratin, vegetable flan and quiche.

Fermented and aged in 3000l wooden barrels
