Yellowish color with greenish reflections. On the nose, we find a good concentration of fresh white fruits and floral aromas. We also find citrus aromas typical of Garnacha Blanca. The start on the palate is pleasant and reminiscent of white fruits and nutty floral aromas. A very fresh wine on the palate, thanks to its good acidity. Working with yeast grounds allows us to give texture and volume in the mouth.
