Tasting note
A lovely raspberry-red wine with a fine bouquet of strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit and a hint of lime blossom. On the palate, it shows a pleasant sweetness and convinces with its smooth, full and harmonious body. The berry aroma is accompanied here by some vegetal aspects, a lasting long finish rounds off the pleasure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, Asian dishes, vegetable gratin, poultry and cheese platters.
Vinification
After harvesting, which is carried out early to preserve freshness and fruit aromas, the grapes are gently pressed. After the maceration period, fermentation is temperature-controlled (approx. 14-16 °C) in stainless steel tanks
