About the wine
Blooming and fertile landscapes in Apulia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Farnese Vini Ortona conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. With the dominant Chardonnay 2017 — Luccarelli Bianco Puglia IGP, you can offer your guests something very special. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Chardonnay is excellent to serve with goat cheese or soft cheese.
Tasting note
Color: Brilliant lemon yellow, dense color with fine golden reflections. Aromatics: Intense, complex nose, ripe fruity notes of bananas, yellow plums, pineapple and lemon, herbaceous notes. Body: Long start, slightly sweet, subtle minerality, medium-strong, elegant body, long and juicy finish. Quality: Easy to drink middleweight, dominated by exciting aromas.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fish or poultry curry, pasta, risotto variations and pork.
