About the wine

More than 60 years ago, Gino Zenato founded the business, which was initially developed as a vine nursery for growing cuttings intended for wine-growing. In addition, Gino has also produced wine himself since his beginnings, not least to gain direct experience from his work with the vine nursery. In 1981, the management of the business is transferred to Valerio, who expands production with higher-quality wines and finally leads Le Morette to produce quality wines. Fabio and Paolo, the third generation, assist Valerio with the management and continue the family tradition with the same passion and enthusiasm of their grandfather. Built in 2013 on an area of 10 ha, the ultra-modern winery is a symbol of commitment and dedication in a wine-growing business that combines tradition and innovation. Morette, by the way, are called the hered ducks, the symbol of Lake Garda.
