About the wine
Gino Zenato founded a vine nursery over 60 years ago. To prove his experience, he also grew his own wines right from the start. Today, son Valerio runs the winery, supported by his sons Fabio and Paolo. Their wines are characterized by pronounced mineral content, wonderful structure, the typical characteristics of the territory and an elegant, refined taste.
Tasting note
Fruity notes of apple and pear, plus floral notes of spring flowers and marguerite. Fresh and juicy on the palate, delicately fruity, elegant and with a long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
As an aperitif but also with cold starters, sea and sea fish and light dishes in general.
Vinification
Selective manual harvesting of ripe grapes, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
