Tasting note
The rediscovery of old grape varieties and old methods In viticulture and in vinification — that is the Passion from Luigi Viola and his sons. With the They bottled a Magliocco for the first time in 2011. The exciting red is rustic with berry aromas, but not without finesse and refinement. It matures during nine months in French Allier oak barrels.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with lamb, beef, veal, game, pork and grilled meat.

Ein paar Worte zur Vinifikation: Die Wiederentdeckung alter Rebsorten sowie alter Methoden im Rebbau und in der Vinifikation – das ist die Leidenschaft von Luigi Viola und seinen Söhnen. Mit dem Jahrgang 2011 haben sie erstmals einen Magliocco abgefüllt. Er reift während neun Monaten in Barriques aus französicher Allier-Eiche.
