About the wine
The landscape of Bündner Herrschaft is mountainous and hilly, whose breathtaking expanses don't fit on a poster, but in a bottle. With a lot of feeling and experience, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Weinbau von Salis ensures that his craft inspires and impresses you. Tasting note
With its subtle aromas of citrus and exotic fruits, which already look creamy on the nose, this Pinot Blanc is the perfect partner for starters and fish dishes, and its expansive gameness ends in an invigorating juiciness that also enriches spicy dishes.

Goes well with aperitif and fish dishes.
Vinification
After a few hours of maceration, press and ferment in pure yeast in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 15 - 18°C.
