About the wine
The wine-growing regions of the Greek winery Alpha Estate stretch across the landscapes in Macedonia, where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. You will certainly have a lot of fun with the first-class Malagouzia Single Vineyard Turtles, which was produced in 2021.

Tasting note
Crystalline, bright medium yellow color, slightly greenish shimmering. Strong and opulent on the nose, typical of this grape. With aromas of citrus, passion fruit and with a hint of sugar melon at the end, with a hint of wood in the background. Particularly full, sweet, fat in the mouth, with exceptionally good balance, freshness and finesse. Lively and long-lasting aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the white wine is a slightly chilled 11°C.
Vinification
Pre-fermentation maceration in a controlled environment, alcohol fermentation at graduated temperatures. Ageing in fine-pored French oak barrels (Vosges), slightly burnt out, 225 liters, with periodic stirring of the yeasts for 7 months.
