About the wine
Motivated by his enthusiasm for good wines, Andrea Davaz founded von Salis AG in 1994 with two friends. You yourself cultivate around two hectares of your own vines in the Bündner Herrschaft. You also buy from over 60 vine farmers in Fläsch, Maienfeld, Jenins, Malans, Zizers and Trimmis. The Bündner grapes grow there on more than 50 hectares, which make the wines something special.

Tasting note
On the charming nose, fruity raspberry notes, some spice and also some wild herbs; on the palate fresh, elegantly flowing, aromas of ripe wild berries, rose butts and a hint of licorice, very smooth until the balanced finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat dishes, cold platters, Bündner specialities and hard cheeses.
Vinification
Short mash heating to improve the yield of dyes and ingredients. Fermentation with pure yeast for approx. 7 days. Expansion in stainless steel tanks.
