About the wine
To get a feel for the mountainous and hilly landscape aesthetics of the Bündner Herrschaft, there is no way around this white wine, which the Swiss winery Weinbau von Salis masters with a fine sense of texture. If you're looking for something special, then you can't miss out on this outstanding white wine 2017 — Bundner Riesling-Silvaner AOC. Tasting note
It is fresh and crunchy, with aromas of green apples, citrus fruits accompanied by mineral notes and a wonderful nutmeg tone; the body is elegant but has a noticeable breadth.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, light appetizers and Asian dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed directly. Fermentation with pure yeast at controlled temperatures of 15 - 18°C.
