About the wine
If you want to surprise a wine connoisseur, then with this distinctive red wine 2015 — Malbec Barrel Selection! The winemaker from the Salentein winery grows this wine in the countryside. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Malbec with stuffed peppers or barbecue.
Tasting note
Ruby color, smells of fresh red berries and licorice. Strong body with well-integrated wood and beautiful tannin structure.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with barbecues, spicy meat dishes or mature cheeses.
Vinification
Fermentation in large wooden barrels before the wine is aged in new French barriques for 14-16 months. The wine is bottled only slightly filtered.
