On the palate, sour cherries and sweet cherries, plum compote are combined with dark and warm spicy notes of cinnamon stick, vanilla and mascavo sugar. Mint and noble cedar wood resonate. A lively, velvety and juicy wine, which has a pleasant tartness in the finish. Abundant of all components, but not too much. It is a great drinking pleasure and it is certainly not just a glass.
