Tasting note
Rich, impenetrable dark red. Complex and profound in scent, purple flowers, cedarwood, dried plums, tobacco. Very rich and rich on the palate, fine-grained tannin, nice, juicy extract with a bite, mineral, compact and made from a single source. Great wine with lots of storage potential!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, white meat and braised meat.
Vinification
From plots of land with significantly reduced yields. Harvested and selected by hand. Fermented in barriques and then aged in barriques for 24 months. Free from animal products - certified vegan.
