Tasting note
Frisches, strahlendes Bouquet, Blütenaromen, Zitrusnoten, Schiefer, im Hintergrund eine elegante Würze. Am Gaumen frisch, gut ausbalanciert, druckvoll, facettenreich, herrlich langanhaltend und mit einem spannenden, salzigen Finale. Ein grosser, ausdrucksstarker Malvasia. Passt sehr gut zu Pad Thai.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled fish, asparagus, shellfish and crustaceans and soft cheeses.
