Tasting note

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried scallops on pea puree with panchetta. Serving temperature 8-10°C at the right temperature, a boat appears on the label.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, picked and transported in small boxes. They are cooled to 7°C before macerating for 20 hours in order to obtain fresh tropical aromas. They are then pressed out with virtually no oxygen and slowly fermented.
