About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Cantine Vincenzo Ippolito has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and refinement are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the blooming and sunny landscape of Calabria. This distinctive Greco 2017 — Mare Chiaro Cirò Bianco DOC is, in the truest sense of the word, a hit right down to the last drop! The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this greco with fish or salads.

Tasting note
The Greco Bianco for the “Mare Chiaro” grows in the immediate vicinity of the Ionian Sea. This wine is pressed from grapes, which are harvested in two different periods in order to give the wine freshness and special scents on the one hand, and structure on the other. Intense on the palate, with notes of tropical fruits, pears & peaches, floral; fresh, pleasant with a mineral finish
Culinary recommendation
It goes very well with grilled fish and white meats, vegetables and mild cheeses.
