Tasting note
Deep and very beautiful garnet red color. On the nose, ethereal aromas of vanilla and notes of sweet fruits such as cherries, blackcurrants and blueberries. Very well balanced wine, full-bodied and with a wonderful aroma.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat such as horse, foal, donkey (stewed), beef (stewed, stroganoff), game (deer and deer in particular). Also wonderful with mature cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano and Monte Veronese) or simply to round off the evening.
