Tasting note
Pale yellow color with green reflexes. Very complex nose with notes of fresh grass over a over a mineral base that gives wine gives personality, and plenty of freshness fruits such as citrus fruits, pineapples or melon. It leaves a fresh, aromatic Taste in mouth and has a clean, long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with all types of seafood and pasta dishes. Ideal as an aperitif.
