About the wine

Gramona is a family-owned winery that was founded in 1881 and is today managed by Jaume and Xavier Gramona in the 5th generation. While other sparkling wine producers in Penedés have themselves responded to the challenges of the market with quantity under the D.O. CAVA quality seal, with a few selected winemakers, Gramona relies unconditionally on quality under the EU brand CORPINNAT and has long been regarded as the best and finest address for Spanish sparkling wines. The vinification is rigorously based on long, often several years of aging on fine yeast and on grapes from the best sites in Pénedes, such as La Plane and the steep slopes of Mas Escorpi. Gramona CORPINNAT have a firm structure, harmony and fine acidity like only large champagnes, but they all have a greater expressivity. A lot of style, very sexy.
