Tasting note
Big cat. Deep, calm, with vibrating tension, cool, dark and highly aromatic fruit, looks calm and elegant, concentrated and agile, even orange, lots of slate. On the palate, lots of juicy, dark berries, fresh herbs, quick, powerful elegance, gripping, showing its claws in the mineral, fresh finish. Fascinating with its light-footed power and dangerous elegance.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with red meat, spicy food and spicy dishes.
Vinification
Very low yields, selective harvesting by hand, temperature-controlled fermentation and maturation in large and small used wooden barrels, undecorated and unfiltered.
