About the wine

With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Serpaia di Endrizzi masters this red wine in the picturesque and blooming landscape of Trentino. Tasting note
The dense ruby red color glows in the glass. The nose has an elegant, spicy and complex bouquet, reminiscent of blueberries, raspberries, cocoa and vanilla. Full and particularly harmonious taste that ends in a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Particularly dense, soft and elegant wine, goes perfectly with all meat dishes and cheeses.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation for 10 days with numerous stirring of the pomace husk, followed by an extended maceration period and malolactic fermentation. The refinement takes place partly in barriques and partly in large wooden barrels and lasts approx. 18 months. Finally, the wine matures in the bottle for another 6 months.
